Oceanz by Danube is a new project in Dubai Maritime City. The project consists of two B+G+6P+44 floor towers. Oceanz by Danube will feature interiors and luxury furnishing from Tonino Lamborghini Casa (TLC), inspired by the brand's automotive and mechanical heritage. The interiors will be done in a white, gold and blue colour palette.
Among units on offer in Oceanz by Danube are studios, presidential studios and suites, 1–3 bedroom apartments and a limited collection of Oceanic Villas with TLC furniture. The majority of residences come with private pools where you will enjoy stunning views of Dubai Maritime City, the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Gulf.
Among the 280 residences on offer will be studios, 1-bedroom presidential suites and 2-3 bedroom apartments with living areas ranging from 429 sq. ft to 1,893 sq. ft. An office will be present in presidential suites, while 3-bedroom apartments will also come with a maid's room. The majority of real estate units will come with their very own private pool on the terrace.
