Palm Jebel Ali is one of three ‘Palm Islands’ in Dubai. The one-of-a-kind community will be shaped
like a palm tree, with a trunk and 17 branches. Over 35,000 households will be allowed to settle on
the new island.
The luxurious, crescent-shaped island will have a first-class entertainment area. Once completed, the area will be one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Middle East, providing owners who rent out their property with a high income.
The developer is a well-known company in Dubai - Nakheel Properties. It adheres to Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan requirements. At Palm Jebel Ali, 30% of the public facilities will be powered by renewable energy.
